Return Policy

Any items that are personalized are final sale and are not returnable.

Please be careful to check over the way you spelled your personalized names very carefully.  Please note that we personalize exactly according to the orders placed, so we are not responsible for misspelled names, mismatched thread colors, or any other mistakes that are ordered.

If an item arrives with a defect, please let us know right away and we will replace it immediately.  

Non personalized items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.   Please contact us regarding your return.

Seasonal items, such as Mishloach Manos, even if not personalized are not returnable.
