Processing Time

Processing Times:

PURIM ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL MONDAY, MARCH 11.  ORDERS PLACED AFTER THAT WILL NOT BE SHIPPED BEFORE PURIM.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOW A SEASONAL BUSINESS. INDIVIDUAL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN SEASONS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE REOPEN FOR THE NEXT SEASON.  BULK ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED ANYTIME.

We know you can't wait to receive the items you ordered!  We are committed to getting orders processed and shipped asap! 

Please remember that each order must be personalized exactly according to your specifications, and that takes time!

That being said while we are open for a season, most orders ship out 3-5 business days after being placed, however, we do not guarantee that time frame.  Orders may take up to 7 business days to be processed.

If you need your order urgently, be sure to contact us after placing your order to see if we can accomodate your needs. 

Our open seasons are: 

August-Sept (for Rosh Hashana/Sukkos)

December (Chanuka)

Feb-Mar (Purim, Pesach)

All other times, we accept bulk orders only.  Thank you!
